Return Policy

If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any sale items, special orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

To return or exchange an item, please send an email or call 1-636-573-0133 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.

Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Cassandra Erin is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
